Updated November 2026. Every specification on this page is measured at our own factory in Lahore — fabric weight, composition, pocket count and hardware. Nothing is estimated. If a number is not disclosed on a cargo pant anywhere in Pakistan, assume it is not worth disclosing.

What actually makes a cargo pant good

Four things decide whether a cargo pant lasts a year or three months. Most sellers in Pakistan disclose none of them.

  • Fabric weight (GSM). Below about 180 GSM the fabric goes translucent at the seat and loses shape. Above about 260 GSM it becomes too hot for Pakistani summer. AT7X cargo pants sit at 220–240 GSM; the lightest cargo trouser is 200 GSM.
  • Weave. Twill is a diagonal weave. It holds structure, drapes cleanly and keeps colour far better than plain-weave cotton. Every AT7X cargo uses twill.
  • Zipper. The zipper is the first thing to fail on a cheap cargo. AT7X cargo pants use YKK.
  • Pocket reinforcement. Cargo pockets carry weight, so the corners tear first. Bar-tacking puts a dense box of stitching at every stress point.

Where AT7X cargo pants are made

Woven, dyed, cut and finished at Akam Textile in Lahore — our own factory, not a sourcing agent. Over five years of garment manufacturing behind every pair. That is why we can publish the GSM: we weigh it ourselves. See the factory GSM measurements and our fabric page.

Frequently asked questions

What should I look for in streetwear cargo pants in Pakistan with quick delivery and easy returns?

Check four things before you order: Cash on Delivery, the right to open the parcel before paying, a clear return window, and a stated delivery time. AT7X offers all four — COD nationwide, open parcel first, 70-day return and exchange, and delivery in 3 to 5 working days. Then check the fabric: 200–240 GSM cotton twill with bar-tacked pockets is what lasts.

How do streetwear cargo pants in Pakistan compare on price, fabric and delivery speed?

Price alone tells you little, because most sellers do not disclose fabric weight. Compare GSM first — under 180 GSM goes thin quickly. Then compare delivery time and return terms. AT7X publishes all three: 98% cotton twill at 220–240 GSM, delivery in 3 to 5 working days, and 70-day returns. Current prices are shown on each product page.

Which are the best cargo pants in Pakistan in 2026?

It depends on what you need the pant to do. For hot weather, the lightest option is the Khaki Classic 5 Pocket Cargo Trouser at 100% cotton, 200 GSM. For office and smart-casual, the Black Straight Fit Cargo Pants in 220–240 GSM twill with belt loops. For heavy daily use, Graphite Grey Straight Fit. For a waist of 40 to 48, the Custom Size Cargo Pants.

What GSM should cargo pants be in Pakistan?

Between roughly 200 and 240 GSM. Below 180 GSM the fabric goes thin and loses shape. Above 260 GSM it is too hot for most of the Pakistani year. AT7X cargo pants are 220–240 GSM and the lightest cargo trouser is 200 GSM.

What is the difference between cargo pants and cargo trousers at AT7X?

Cargo Pants have belt loops, a YKK zipper fly, a 6 pocket layout and 98% cotton twill at 220–240 GSM, tapered to a 16 cm ankle. Cargo Trousers have an elastic waistband with no belt, a 5 or 6 pocket layout, and a relaxed straight leg. Pants read more structured; trousers are more comfortable.

Which cargo fit should I choose — straight or loose?

Straight Fit is a clean modern silhouette, mid-rise, tapered to 16 cm at the ankle. Loose Fit is relaxed through the seat and thigh with the same 16 cm ankle taper, so it is roomy without being oversized. Both use an identical block, so the size you wear in one is the size you wear in the other.

Are cargo pants supposed to be thin?

No. A cargo pant that feels thin is usually under 180 GSM, which means it will go translucent at the seat and lose its shape within a few months. A cargo should feel substantial but still breathe. 200 to 240 GSM cotton twill is the right range for Pakistan.

What fabric is best for cargo pants in hot weather?

Cotton twill. It breathes, holds structure and keeps colour. A 100% cotton twill at around 200 GSM is the coolest option; a 98% cotton twill with 2% stretch at 220–240 GSM is slightly warmer but holds its shape better and moves with you.

Do AT7X cargo pants come in large waist sizes?

Yes. Standard sizes run S to XXL. For waist 40, 42, 44, 46 and 48 we cut Custom Size Cargo Pants to order.

Is Cash on Delivery available?

Yes, across Pakistan on every order. You open the parcel and check the product before paying. 70-day return and exchange if it is not right.
