We currently ship across Pakistan. International shipping may be available for selected products or bulk orders upon request.

  • Orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days after confirmation
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day
  • Customized or made-to-order items may require additional processing time

DELIVERY TIME:

Estimated delivery time after dispatch:

  • Major cities: 2 to 4 working days
  • Other cities and remote areas: 3 to 6 working days

Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier operations, weather conditions, or other unforeseen factors.

SHIPPING CHARGES:

  • Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated at checkout
  • Any free shipping promotions will be clearly communicated on the website

CASH ON DELIVERY:

  • Cash on Delivery is available for eligible locations within Pakistan
  • Accurate contact and delivery details are required
  • Unjustified refusal of Cash on Delivery orders may result in restriction of future COD services

COURIER PARTNERS:

We work with trusted third-party courier services to ensure reliable delivery. AT7X is not responsible for delays or issues caused by courier partners beyond our control.

ORDER TRACKING:

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details will be shared via SMS or WhatsApp, where available.

DELIVERY ISSUES:

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery if you experience any of the following:

  • Order not received within the estimated delivery timeframe
  • Package received in damaged condition
  • Missing or incorrect items

FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:

If delivery fails due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete address
  • Unreachable contact number
  • Customer unavailability

The order may be returned to us. Any applicable re-delivery charges will be the customer’s responsibility.

FORCE MAJEURE:

AT7X shall not be held liable for delivery delays or failures caused by circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, government restrictions, or courier service disruptions.
