Refund policy
AT7X MEN’S CLOTHING PAKISTAN:
At AT7X, we are committed to delivering premium men’s cargo pants, slim fit trousers, and modern menswear with quality assurance. If your order is not as expected, we offer a clear and structured return and refund process across Pakistan.
Eligibility for Returns:
You may request a return within 70 days of delivery if:
• The item is defective or damaged upon arrival
• You received the wrong product
• The size or specification does not match your confirmed order
Conditions for Return:
To qualify for a return or exchange:
• The product must be unused and unwashed
• All original tags and packaging must be intact
• Order number or proof of purchase is required
Products that are worn, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return.
Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned:
• Customized or made-to-order products
• Sale or discounted items unless defective
• Items damaged due to misuse or improper care
Return Process in Pakistan:
To initiate a return:
• Contact us via email or WhatsApp
• Provide your order number
• Share clear images of the issue
Our support team will review your request and provide return instructions. Items sent without prior approval may not be accepted.
Fixed Delivery and Return Charges:
• Fixed delivery charges: 87 PKR nationwide
• Return shipping charges: 87 PKR
If the return is due to our mistake, including defective or incorrect items, AT7X will bear the return shipping cost.
If the return is due to size change or personal preference, the customer will bear the fixed 87 PKR return charge.
Refund Policy:
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
• Refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days
• Refunds are issued via original payment method or bank transfer
• Cash on Delivery orders are refunded through bank transfer only
• Delivery charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error
Exchange Policy:
• Exchanges depend on stock availability
• If the requested item is unavailable, a refund will be issued
• Only one exchange is allowed per order

If your approved refund has not been received:
• First check with your bank
• Then contact our customer support team
